What happens during Child Protective In-Home Services?
Child Protective In-Home Services provides:
- An In-Home Family Services Agreement jointly developed with the family and social worker to address the needs or conditions that threaten a child’s safety and placed the child at risk of future harm while identifying and building on the family’s strengths;
- Home visits by the social worker;
- Referrals to appropriate resources; and
- The opportunity for families to engage in the planning process while producing better outcomes of safety, permanence, and well-being for children.
