Teams will be allowed to use tents at Onslow Pines Park to stay overnight from Friday, Nov. 18th to Saturday, Nov. 19th. Tents CANNOT be put up until after 9 pm on Friday, Nov. 18th, and MUST BE packed up by 9 am on Saturday, Nov. 19th.
Electricity is available, Parks and Recreation will reach out regarding electricity needs.
Cook teams will be required to arrive on Friday, Nov. 18th at 2pm and the event will conclude on Saturday, Nov. 19th around 4pm.
Event Breakdown: No cook teams will be allowed on the festival grounds after 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18th. Cook teams can begin to break down their setup at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19th. To allow festival attendees to exit safely, we ask that no cook teams try to leave the festival area until after 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19th.
Security: Overnight security will be provided Nov. 18th-19th.
All cook teams are required to read and agree to the Coastal Pig-Out BBQ Festival rules, regulations, and cooking rules.
