If payment has been made, you can check our reservation calendar to ensure that your request has been approved and processed.

What if the park that I want to reserve is not on your website?

If you are trying to make a reservation for a park such as Northeast Creek Park, Phillips Park, or any other park within Jacksonville city limits, please contact Jacksonville Recreation and Parks at (910) 938-5314.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, money orders, and Discovery, Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

Where do I register for events?

Some events have registration on site but most of our events require you to pre-register with our Administration office before the event date. Please visit the event link or call (910) 347-5332 for information about a specific event.
