• A 7-1/2 acre Arena area with a separate stage area, which may be used
  for horse shows, dog shows, and special events
• A senior citizen outdoor recreation area containing a Rotary Pavilion with
  restrooms, shuffleboard, lawn bowling green, outdoor checkers/chess
  tables, grills, picnic tables, croquet, and horse shoe pits.
