The Information Technology Services (ITS) department provides support in the acquisition, installation and maintenance of technology hardware and software solutions for all Onslow County Government departments.

ITS is responsible for establishing and maintaining the architecture and standards for software, hardware and network services. ITS also works with other departments to provide long-term direction for technology services and assists them in becoming more efficient in delivery of services to the citizens of Onslow County.

Geographic Information Services (GIS) is a division of ITS. The GIS division provides geographic services relating to the property of Onslow County. GIS is responsible for the development, maintenance, and dissemination of digital geographic data that shows the various natural and man-made features of the county.
