Institution Permitting:

Institutions are defined as licensed facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, adult care homes, and similar facilities. Sanitation inspections are conducted at least once each six months. Inspections of food preparation areas and central dining areas in institutions are inspected using foodservice establishment guidelines. Grading is based on a 10 point grading scale.
