Welcome to the Albert J Ellis Airport (OAJ) Master Plan web site. We appreciate your interest in OAJ’s master planning process. A master plan is an important tool used to identify needs and to set direction for the future for Onslow County and the region. The airport master plan is a foundation for decision-making. It also acts as a framework for facility planning and as a guide for future project implementation. The Master Planning process is an excellent opportunity for you to participate in defining the future of the airport through the preparation and ultimately the adoption of the master plan for the Airport. We hope you find this web site helpful and informative. We will be updating it as the study progresses, so please check it periodically for updated information.
