The Personal Property Review Request Form should be completed and submitted to the Onslow County Tax Office no later than Friday, September 2, 2016. Please complete the form in its entirety.
When completing the property information, give specific location of personal property including the physical address and/or tax parcel information. Please include serial, VIN, FAA and wildlife registration numbers if applicable.
State your opinion of value as of January 1, 2016. State law requires valuation to be based on this date. In stating your opinion of value, be sure to explain and provide appropriate documentation to support your value. If submitting your appeal on-line, please e-mail your supporting documentation to Robin Whaley, or send hard copy to the address below.
You will be notified of the results of the review within 30 days after the form is returned. This notice will provide further instructions regarding the appeals process.

No reminder notices will be sent, so it is imperative that this form be returned no later than Friday, September 2, 2016.
