Tai Chi is a beautiful martial art that combines gentle movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness practices. It is suitable for all individuals of all fitness levels and ages. You will have the opportunity to: learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi, cultivate inner peace, enhance physical health, and connect with a community. Reuben trains at United Martial Arts Kung Fu Academy!
