Onslow Memorial Hospital offers complimentary health screenings from high blood pressure to cholesterol levels. Stroke education resources can be found in one easy place.

Wacky Wednesdays

Each Wednesday will be a different surprise program. Come out every Wednesday to have fun with a variety of programs including dance parties, sensory play and STEAM activities!

Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program

Teens! Join us for an 8-week certificate program to learn skills like public speaking, preparing and giving speeches, impromptu talks and more. Registration required. Sign us will be made available 30 days before the event.

Community Wellness Garden: Seed Starters

In partnership with HomeGrown NC and Onslow County NC cooperative Extension EFNEP, a series of summer garden programs will be offered for families. Work with hydroponics, vertical garden towers, and outdoor garden beds while learning about nutrition and wellness. Registration required. Sign up will be made available 30 days before the event. This event will take place in the Youth Services Department's Maker Space Room.
