  7. Winter Reading Program - Richlands

    Snuggle up with a good book this winter and participate in our Winter Reading Program for adults and families! Pick up a card December 1 to January 27, record three books you've read, and turn in your completed card at any service desk. Enjoy a drink at our Hot Chocolate and Coffee Bar while decorating your own mug (for adults) or bookmark (for kids) - while supplies last.
