[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: Riggs Road Temporary Closure

Riggs Rd News Flash

Beginning Saturday, October 8, 2022, the North Carolina Department of Transportation will close Riggs Road to through traffic for approximately four weeks. The closure is needed so that the railroad tracks leading to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune can be repaired.
Riggs Road will be closed at the railroad crossing. The NC DOT will detour traffic along Hubert Boulevard, Parkertown Road, Belgrade Swansboro Road, and Smith Road.Riggs Rd Closure
