The Planning & Development staff has initiated several zoning map changes as a result of the adoption of the new Zoning Ordinance which became effective on July 1, 2021. If you received a letter from our office stating that your property is being rezoned or is within the vicinity of one of the areas to be rezoned, you can view maps of the affected areas below.
The Onslow County Planning Board will meet on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the proposed zoning of these properties. This meeting will be held in the Government Center at 234 NW Corridor Boulevard, Jacksonville. NC 28540. The meeting is open to the public meeting. Please be advised that you will be subject to a security screening upon entering the building.
