In 2015, the American Heart Association, the leading voluntary health organization devoted to a world of longer, healthier lives, and Aramark, the largest U.S. based food service company, launched Healthy for Life® to improve the health of all Americans through better nutrition and lifestyle habits. Join us online for a monthly experience focused on your health, wellness, and nutritious eating provided by the Onslow County Health Department! Get online March 7, April 4, and May 2 at 1:00 PM. This class can be viewed at the Onslow County Public Library Main Branch.
