Wellness Committee

Onslow County is committed to the health and wellbeing of its employees. The mission of the Onslow County Workplace Wellness Program is to establish and maintain a workplace that encourages and supports a healthy lifestyle.

The Onslow County Safety and Wellness Committee developed a wellness action plan that incorporates a diverse array of activities and resources available to Onslow County employees. To represent all Onslow County departments, each department has a wellness committee member to lead the wellness activities for their department.

Rally Health

Onslow County Human Resources is excited to introduce Rally Health, a new wellness program for employees (and their dependents) who are on our health plan.  Rally is a program to help you build healthy habits and earn rewards for your efforts!

Your department’s Safety and Wellness Committee member(s) will be holding kickoff meetings with you to go over all the benefits Rally has to offer and how you can begin earning rewards.  They’ll also be there to answer questions and help you get registered.
