What To Expect


The Prenatal Clinic provides the following maternity care services:
  • Childbirth classes
  • Complete family and patient history
  • Childbirth related counseling
  • Education
  • Lab work
  • Parenting classes
  • Physical exam
  • Preterm labor counseling
  • Referrals as needed
  • STD screening
  • WIC nutritional services

Make An Appointment


The following individuals are eligible for these services:
(Prenatal services are available prior to Medicaid application or approval)

  • Medicaid enrollees
  • Private insurance clients with no prenatal care benefits
  • Undocumented citizens
  • Uninsured persons
To apply for prenatal Medicaid you will need proof of income from the month before (by pay date or check date) for yourself and any spousal income as well. If not born in the United States you will need your LPR card, also known as your green card, proof of pregnancy and birth certificate (if you have it).

What To Bring

You will need the following items for your appointment:
  • Medicaid or insurance card(s)
  • Social Security card
  • Picture ID
  • Proof of household income (tax return, pay stub)
  • Proof of pregnancy
  • Proof of residency (utility bill)
  • Shot record
