Onslow County Public Library provides the ability to securely pay fines and fees on your library account via credit or debit card using SmartPAY Online.

You will need your library card number and PIN (password) to login and retrieve details of your library account. You can use MasterCard or Visa credit cards and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa symbol. No service fee is charged for paying online.

Click on the Pay Fines/Fees tab to see your balance, select items to pay, and securely pay with your credit or debit card. Please print the transaction receipt for your records.
